Nicola Santini & Pier Paolo Taddei for Kann
An eclectic tessellation of honey to cinnamon-hued wooden rectangles makes up the work surface of this eco design desk. On the right, inventive storage space adds a touch of geometric variation. If Nature herself did contemporary minimalism, this would be it.
A desk as beautiful looking at as using it.
Responsible and eco-friendly, this desk:
- is made from 70% recycled wood;
- has a frame in lacquered beechwood and drawers in beechwood and oak;
- is handmade by craftsmen in Lebanon.
Products presented by Greeen possess an obvious aesthetic value, but they are first products that have been chosen for their ecological qualities.
Rather than long discourses or an inventory of norms and labels, we have chosen to describe the qualities of our products through a simple diagram for every item. This will allow you to easily spot the ecological aspects of the product presented on the site
The circle represents the life cycle of the product and is composed of four steps:
Together with the designers and editors, we have determined the steps that should be made evident on each product. The other steps remain undecided.
