  • a block knife made from thermo ash wood, a treatment that gives the wood darker hues, but also resistant to water, climatic changes and attack by parasites;
  • 10 fully forged 420 Japanese steel blades (utility knife, cook's knife, carving knife, bread knife, 6 steak knives);
  • 1 sharpener;
  • 1 cleaver;
  • poultry chears;
  • forks.

 

All the elements have a bio finishing.

Together with the designers and editors, we have determined the steps that should be made evident on each product. The other steps remain undecided.
