If you’re not fully satisfied with your order you have 15 days starting from the receiving date to return the items. Shipping fees are at your charge (except if there was a mistake in the order).
Initial shipping fees & products' price can’t be refunded.
In order for us to be informed of your return, you will need a return code. This code is available on request through our contact form or by sending a mail to contact@greeen-store.com. Don’t forget to give us the order number and the items you’re sending back.

Returns and refunds are handled within 15 days. We must tell you that we do not accept postage due returns, nor returns without return code.
